Only the second ....

...... Painted Lady I've seen this year!

The other one didn't hang around for a photo shoot!

Such a difference from last year when there were lots about!

I had hoped to get a photo of it on the Buddleia .... but it was so windy every one I took was blurred!

However it was good enough to land on the gravel & pose for me .... hope you like it :-)

We have had more House Sparrow fledglings in the garden today ..... I have added one being fed as an Extra! They seem to have had a good breeding year :-)
