DERELICT SUNDAY #207

Mrs Poo and I were out with the other icecream-lickers this Sunday and came across this old derelict house on the lOld Styx Road.  Mrs. Poo had been out there about 2 weeks ago and had spotted it for a future date so today was the day.  I parked in the old driveway to which Mrs.P thought was a no-no so backed out and went to the roadside.  Sure enough a very stern old farmer came tootling out on his 4X4 to find out what we were up to.  I showed him my camera and asked for his permission to photo - "Oh OK - I thought you were driving onto the property "?  Pictures taken he came back and started to chat - We couldnt get away - He had just caught six wild pigs - the lady three doors down was an old busy body-He nearly lost his life on the old west Coast road -He just bought this property and was demolishing the 120 year old house - phew it went on and on !!  We were the best of mates by end of play !!
