Having spent all morning working and all afternoon standing on a wet rainy windy football pitch (returning sopping wet despite full waterproofs) I ended up dispirited and blipless.

An hours warming up was followed with some deep and serious thought on where today's masterpiece was going to come from.

Most of the boys old toys were despatched to the shed and garage over a year ago. However, a box containing six bottles of different coloured paints remained in their old toy cupboard (now given over to much of my camera gear). A quick splash of the red, yellow and blue into a dish, a few swirls, and hey presto - today's masterpiece is here. Well, interesting maybe.
