Day 154 Summer's end

Another day of sunshine and showers.  It's still warm ,but nothing like the heatwave of a couple of weeks ago.  The hanging baskets are definitely past their best now, with the lobelia being the first to look rather tatty.  The fuchsia are still producing flowers, as seen here, just after yet another rain shower.
Dinner tonight was a Chinese takeaway, our bit to to support local businesses and favourite TV programme tonight,  A Suitable Boy.
