Snow at last

So, there you go. I've whinged and whinged about not having any snow, and now we have some it has meant that we have had to cancel our tea date with my good friend Jane. Seven miles on single track, untreated roads just didn't seem worth the risk. Another day spend imitating a Chinese laundry. Can I still say that? Is it politically correct?
