Take-off

Forecast was for Storm Francis to hit later in the day, so we had a morning walk.  We started in the town square in Cullen and took the disused railway path across the viaduct and then back along the beach.  The wind was getting stronger and it was hard going as we neared the end.

Just as we climbed off the beach, something disturbed all the gulls resting on the rocks and they all took off at once.

Rain has now moved in, so it's tea and biscuits with a good book this afternoon.
