This water course flows into the reservoir we walked around yesterday , it normally has a trickle of water so we were delighted to catch it in full flow. The rivers round here rise and fall very quickly so you can easily miss the exciting moments . We had the company of a small boy and small dog who are both delighted by stones and water , they kept each other entertained for ages . It was raining hard so we were all throughly soaked but the air is still warm despite the strong winds . 
Alongside caring for little boy blue we have been trying to go through some of our holiday snaps in the hope we might get round to printing some off to remind us of adventures we have had . 
Our son and his partner had a long video call whilst Arthur had his bath . At first Arthur was very wary of the talkative faces that appeared on the screen but after a bit he really tried to interact with them , playing peek a boo and was really excited . It was so special , the lockdown has meant we all have to be more  creative as we continue to nurture our relationships . Thank goodness for “screens”
