Tractor at the Gate

Looking down from our Land, across the road - Rua do Poço (Road of the Well - there is an old well at the corner, no longer used) - and onto the neighbouring land on the hill opposite. Guessing the guy on the tractor had been to feed or water the sheep there. The dark green trees are holm oaks, the light green are olives.

Took some of the tomatoes, aubergines and peaches to Verena that we went to Netty's to collect last night. Saw a horse belonging to the Ciganos tied up in the sun, with no shade and no sun, so we went and moved the stake it was on, so it could get under a tree and gave it some water. We generally turn a blind eye, but just couldn't today - it was neighing at me.
