Cucumber relish

What a windy day! Sunflowers swaying all over. So I didn’t go far, needed a rest and lazy day anyway. Main achievement was making a batch of cucumber relish. One of my favourites and a good use of the cucumber glut. It doesn’t look quite as pretty as the crabapple jelly but it tastes lovely.
