"the song of Galaxies"

Galaxy cupcakes - only their 2nd outing since I discovered my love of baking but one of my favourites to make! :) And ones which, based on very recent reports, do not last very long!!

I was looking forward to sitting down to an English thrashing in the rugby today on Irish soil but sadly it wasn't to be today - England won the scrappy and disjointed game of rugby in a very wet and windy Dublin. The Grand Slam may not be ours to own now this year but at least we still have a chance at the Nations if England don't go unbeaten. It's Brian O'Driscoll's last season - of course Ireland are going to want him to leave on a high! It was an added surprise today to learn that Brian had become a dad for the 1st time this morning!! Welcome to the world little Sadie O'Driscoll!! :)

Finally got to catch up with my friend who was sick last week, and who is now the owner of those Galaxy cupcakes! (again!) It was lovely to catch up with our usual age related banter thrown in for good measure! But he still owes me that of tea!! :)
