"I'll make you banana pancakes"

So they aren't banana pancakes - but they are homemade pancakes! All set for Shrove Tuesday at work tomorrow! :)

Work, ceilidh band practice and pancake making made for a lovely day - need to start seriously considering if Lent is going to be followed this year now that Pancake Tuesday is upon us!

Pancakes are simple to make in comparison to the baking madness that is about to hit me over the next 2 days....the calm before the storm is the phrase commonly used in a situation like this! Eek!!
