Baileys cheesecake

Made for lunch with the ladies. The main ingredient is Baileys Irish cream.
According to the American recipe this served 8 - with each serving being 1114 calories.
I served more sensible portions to my 7 guests and so had half a cheesecake left. It doesn't look spectacular but was really, really yummy.
