Blackboy Ridge

We watched Lucy receive her first Merit certificate at her school assembly this morning, we are ever so proud, extra is her showing her Daddy her certificate after the assembly before her teachers ushered her into class, she has settled in so well at her new school.
Its waa such a lovely start to the morning we decided to pack lunch and drive through chittering valley and on to Blalckboy Ridge, another favourite spot, after lunch we climbed to the top of the ridge, the equivalent of 5767 steps and 9 floors, according to the app on our phones, it felt all of that!
Before we finished our climb the clouds came in so fast the wall to wall blue vanished and was covered in cloud! We passed so many wild flowers on the side of the ridge, as its flower Friday i had to post just a few.
It has been a glorious day despite the clouds.
