Look who I rescued and brought home with me! Mum's first break away. 

We travelled cross country to enjoy the views via Skipton. We did intend stopping in Skipton for lunch but it was very busy so we stayed in the car. We tried another place en route but, like most places these days, pre-booking was required. We ended up back at mine for cheese on toast! 

I had to go out to take a service in the afternoon then, after dinner, we played games.
