A very handsome lad

This is a young male hummingbird with perfect feathers, just waiting for his gorgeous red gorget. 

In the extras you can see a female, most probably his mother with worn and weathered feathers. 

in the extras you can see a male, most probably his father, If the light had been right, or he had turned a bit, those black neck feathers would have been a glimmering red.

The third extra is the Mrs. showing some tail in a twist.
