I was quite surprised by the amount of snow when I woke up this morning. We were only expecting a smattering! I popped out at lunchtime and this tree with its unfallen leaves was really the only bit of colour and I liked the green ''shadow' underneath.

Had a relatively quiet few days and half term usually signals a quieter time at work. Its great to be able to get some of my projects set up but I struggle to stay motivated without some distractions. I went to a gig at the weekend which was first time Id been out to any live music for a while. My son said -'you must have a more exciting job now if you get to go to gigs with your work colleagues' .. and that's probably true!
