The housemartins are busy feeding the chicks (extra) who are now quite vocal. So after three or so months of “off and on and off” it seems we do have a breeding pair.
From midday, heavy incessant rain. Lucky I took some photos first thing. Finished reading “The Virus” by Ben Martynoga and Moose Alain, quite a fun read. Our bodies contain 12x as many viruses as human cells, lots are essential or beneficial. We wouldn’t survive without them. Although there is at least one we would all like to see the back of.
