IPhone Nightmare

Took Betty, Holly and Nelly to see Wreck It Ralph today- thay enjoyed it and Nelly behaved really well!
We then went to Wagamama for a late lunch- Nelly hasn't been before but managed kids chopsticks with aplomb! She had some money to spend and chose turquoise basers and some rings, very pleased she is too.
Have been in Iphone hell since getting home- despite lengthy and trying their best to be helpful calls with EE and Apple it's just nae happening. It's driving me crazy, probably as my technical knowledge is so limited. I just want to plug it in and for it to work.
Floss had to do some IT jiggery pokery to retieve this from my phone. I so can't be arsed having to take it back either.
