Thursday: Machlud Haul / Sunset ...

... from our back window.
A fine, dry day after all the rain yesterday and during the night.
Cleaned & packaged the last few seeds I’ve collected and dried, almost ready to send to the Seed Swap.
Used Zoom for first time this afternoon, had a lovely chat with our Jo xx
House martins are still around, if a little camera shy!
I watched the sky changing colour as the sun set, sea birds heading back to the coast in little groups and singly. The sky was quite grey with even darker grey clouds, then, as the sun dropped further the colour intensified, not the garish pinks and mauves we often get but gold and citrus and honey tones ...
