Veg of the week!

Usually we have a glut of courgettes at this time of year, but this year they have been knocked into third place behind the broad beans and the peas!

We've had them just about every night for the last week. Tonight they are going in a smoked haddock chowder with onions, tatties, mushrooms, sweetcorn and plenty of cream!
