Surrounded by Sunflowers

Today we drove the dogs to Brackenhurst for a 4 mile loop via Halloughton. There were a few fairly large adjoining fields blanketed with Sunflowers and wild flowers - lovely.

Picked up a fine bottle of Madeira for a neighbour from The Wine Bank in Southwell, on the way home (see extra). Didnt realise before that Madeira can be made using 4 main grape varieties, each with a different style. Malmsey was the required grape which is sweet

I enjoy different sherry styles, so am now curious to explore Madeira.
