Swindale walk

Had a wonderful walk through Swindale valley this afternoon, quite a lot of it in the rain!!
One thing I have noticed while we have been here, is how majestic the trees are. There seem to be a huge amount of very old oak and beech trees. This tree isn’t that old but I thought it was magical with all the moss covering its roots.
