Spot the Ball

When I saw the photo it reminded me of Spot the Ball.


My dad use to play it in the News of the World. There was no ball in the picture but you had to guess where it was and then draw  an x to  pinpoint the exact centre of the ball. There was a charge for entering. It was long before the Lottery and the prize was a fortune at the time. I Googled it and found this article about it.
