Birthday Girl

It's Ann's birthday today.  We had invited Andy & Emma, with Luna, and Rachel & Tom for a socially distanced lunch in the garden.  At the last minute Ann thought it would be nice to have a game or two of badminton whilst they were here.  We had racquets and we had shuttle clocks but unfortunately we did not have a net.  A quick search on Amazon found a suitable net with next day delivery thanks to Prime.  So this morning before the family arrived we erected the net in the garden.  

The weather stayed good all day so we all had a chance to play, I was rubbish but preferred to take photos.  Ann used all her skills which won her a cup in the doubles with Colin a good few years back.  So there's a picture of Andy and Ann having a game and in the extras some pics of Ann's moves.

We had a nice lunch and a great afternoon with the family.
