Spillway Sunrise

No cat this morning but I was still out early, heading up to Chasewater initially to take a photograph of the sunrise across the reservoir to make use of the calm conditions and possibility of reflections.  

I was rather frustrated by the lack of a clear view due to the bushes and trees that have grown up on the edge of the water.  I decided on a change of tack and headed towards the spillway and a track that runs along one of the retaining bunds.  It helped that the heather is about at its peak of colour and the sunrise also came up trumps.
