Selfie

When arriving to the first of my three old peoples homes today I passed a corridor where my flyer showed up on a wall as todays activity, next to tomorrows cray-fish party in the garden "if the weather permits". The staff works hard to make things happen around the elders. Since everything is closed down, nobody from outside is allowed in  to offer entertainment or therapy for them. I admire the staff in these homes for their energy and love with no change in sight yet. They are running tired but hope for change remains.

I had a fine day and nearly stayed clear of rain. I had just begun in clear sunlight when a small black cloud sneaked up behind the roof and spilled some of its wetness on us. Luckily there was these huge sunshades we could unfold and  when that was done and I continued, the sun came out again. It's clearly September.

Tomorrow is my last day for this round, I'm going to miss the elders and hope for som change in regulations to allow indoor activity somehow.
