Inver

We left Mull a day early because Rob at Inver offered us two nights in their bothies, unexpectedly free because of the new Swiss quarantine restrictions.  It was that or a night at Creggan’s Inn, the gloomy small hotel in Strachur.  Inver worked its magic as always, the creativity with ingredients was breathtaking. Memorable was the lamb from Bute, a cocktail with meadowsweet vermouth and a honey cake.   Such a lovely atmosphere too.
