Bakery

I am glad that work week is over. 

Today started well and then descended into chaos. 

I can think of two positives.

First, a new bakery opened just after lockdown was eased - the artisan kind. I tried it out today. Well... the olive bread (inside the brown bag) is easily the best bread I have tasted in this country for a long time. 

In the box are bostocks, which I had never seen or heard of before, in spite of being a boulangerie regular since I was 19. Superb too. 

The other positive... I have wine.
