It’s all a load of rubbish ....
The forecast rain hadn’t arrived so got the grain dryer fired up at 6.30am and left it going while I went round the cattle . Still dry at 8am so went and baled up the rest of the oat straw from yesterday.
Came home when I finished to empty the barley out the dryer then was going to head down the road to bale up the barley straw they cut last night. However the rain started before I left. I suppose this is better than me wasting diesel driving all the way to the field then it rains !
After lunch went down the road to feed the heifers and moved one lot to a new field.
Gareth phoned to say some kind soul had left this lorry load of sh.... in the middle of the hill track. They have some brass neck as it is straight across the road from the farm cottages.
It was obviously a roofer or builder as a lot of slates, bricks and guttering among other things . It took two of us a good 3 hours to tidy it up. No doubt the scumbags that dumped it would be in the pub by then !
