Red Route New Forest

Is it going to be a rain day?

It could have been but it wasn’t.

I understand there are 140 miles plus of cycling routes in this forest with a variety of surfaces , some like this, for a variety of cyclists.

I thought it was softly rolling but there are some great descent which means some great ascents. Not killers but something to raise the heartbeat. Really well worth doing and my first time.

And worthy of a rewarding pint at the Red Shoot Inn at Linford.
