Experimentation

In between various jobs around the house and watching the Tuscan F1 Grand Prix today I've been experimenting with taking macro photos and then using focus stacking software in Affinity to merge multiple images together to ensure the whole subject is in focus.
I still haven't got it quite right but I think I'm getting there.  This feather is actually almost all white and was taken against a white background but I tried a few buttons in Affinity that I'd not used before and hey presto it turned into this.
I'll try the whole process again tomorrow.
