Cheery Flowers on a Dull Day
Light winds, dull and rain most of the day, with the winds picking up later, and rain stopping this evening. There was a lovely pink sky at sunset.
Another day working in the museum. With the poor day, we've been fairly busy. I managed to get out walkies with Sammy, when the rain finally eased. Big Brian and Madeline popped by for a cuppa. Feet up now.
The dull day wasn't very inspiring, everything dark and soaked. When I arrived home, I was greeted with a fine splash of colour still remaining in the garden, and it cheered up this dull day. Even after being blasted by the winds last week, they are still thriving. Taken at home, Houl Road, Scalloway.
