Bishop’s Castle

So named for the man who has spent nearly 60 years building this with his own hands, Jim Bishop. It is three stories tall, has a fire breathing dragon on the outside, and a grand ballroom inside. I have never gone inside because Bishop is eccentric and does not believe in building permits. This is on his private property, but open to the public free of charge. The main attraction for me is that it is a lovely 90 minute motorcycle ride up into the mountains to see it.
