Visiting

My brother (Brentastic) has come across from Massachusetts with his wife (Sarahsnaphappy) and we were joined by them and their son Will (Vauxden) for dinner this evening. Their quarantine officially ended on Tuesday evening, so we have been waiting for over two weeks now to be able to spend some time with them.  In a perfect world we would have been joined by my sister Janet (Happy_Janwen) and Incredibish, but the governments group of 6 rule put paid to that, which is immensely frustrating for us all. We don't get to see Brendan often and its a rare thing for the the 3 siblings, their spouses and children all to be able to get together.  Perhaps next year.

As you can see, when you add in our daughter Jess_Lovett and my niece SmileyCharlie family meets are rapidly turning into blip meets ;-)

A fine time was had by all this evening, with much reminiscing and laughter :-). Its well past midnight now but the kitchen is tidy from the curry so I can get to bed now.  I hate coming down to an untidy Kitchen in the morning ...
