...to watch the avocado plant grow from the stone, root first, and then the shoot.

A busy day! Unfortunately, no wallpaper stripping, but lots of little things done and dusted -
Several admin. tasks, all time consuming for various reasons. 
Three big bags of clothing to the charity shop.
Exercise on the bike again. It was a lovely day, but plans to get out for a late-afternoon walk were thwarted by Fedex, who texted indicating that a parcel would be delivered today, by 6.00pm. We waited in. It wasn't!
A bit of Babbeling.
Watered the plants in the 'yard a little later than intended - it was almost dark, but pleasantly cool with not a midge in sight.
Finally, a couple of hours in front of the TV, with MrM and a glass or two of red. Relax...
