More presents!

My first ever attempt at plum and damson chutney - the plums were a present from a hat friend I met earlier in the week, and the preserving pan from Dorsetb. I definitely prefer it to my own jam pan.

There was a ‘mulled wine’ aroma, and also a similar taste, when licking out the pan! 

I’ve now got another batch of fruits on the go, to make a ‘jelly’
