White bullace/wild greengage?

After several days of discussion with Kirtsyk, and me finding several trees with these fruit in my village, I spotted one in our garden, hidden by the fence. I picked a kilo of fruit, and am attempting a Fruit jelly,asthis doesn’t require stoning the fruit! 

So far, I’ve stewed them and put them through a jelly bag, and the resulting liquid looks a little unappetising in hue. I think I may add some more purple fruit juices before adding the sugar and jellifying.
