Monday morning meant my usual catch-up time with 'paperwork ' on the computer. Also as usual it seemed to be a case of two steps forward and one step back. But that's progress, of sorts.

Gave up on that around 1.30pm, and after lunch and some bits and pieces around the house, went for a walk down to Bonnybridge, through the nature reserve, popped briefly into the shops, and then back home along the canal.

I made a small alteration to my usual route by cutting through a small lane and spotted this mural (it's actually one of two, but the lighting wasn't great on the other one) near to our local Greggs outlet. Don't know how long it's been there (the mural, not Gregg's!) but that's the first time I had seen it.
