Pentlands from Harlaw

This relaxing thing is a bit of a challenge. From full on to having much more time takes a bit of getting used to. I dare say by the end of the week we’ll be fully recharged and not know what’s hit us when we get back.

Went to Tesco’s at Collinton to pick up a click and collect first thing after breakfast. Had an early lunch so a we could get out for a walk in the Pentands this afternoon. The lowering cloud cleared by mid day so we enjoyed sunshine all the way around albeit with a keen wind.

We’re hoping to get out on some hills tomorrow with my brother-in-law’s family. Alan has invited us back afterwards for a meal but we’re not sure whether this is a good idea. We’ll see when we meet them tomorrow morning. It looks as if there are some more restrictive measures about to come out tomorrow. It seems as if it is a case of when not if
