Making the most of it

Like the rest of the country, scrambling to get outside for what appears to be the last days of summer, I’ve spent as much time outside today as I could (without getting fired). Glorious cycle rides into and out of work, a lunch break spent lounging in the quarry with Lucy and then an evening of wine and a chimnea with the neighbours.

Tomorrow brings the last day of warmth and an announcement from the PM. Brace yourselves, everyone.
