Budding Quince

I've been at my computer a good part of the day, and happy to report no blue screen thankfully.
Doug went off to Golf Croquet for the day, now home and currently is out on the lawn practising.  He is enjoying it, and now has his own croquet stick (or whatever it is called).  
With the day to myself I have been editing photos from my trip to Queenstown the other week.  Nipped outside to get a blip (after checking what the Tiny Tuesday was).......
....my all time favourite blossom is the Quince, it is just starting to form the buds, and are very tiny - this one is smaller than my little "pinkie" (nail).  It kinda looks like a candle flame I thought.
