Quince

Raw product for jelly. Part of the process in the extra. The jelly set well and taste good, but doesn't look like as good as it could have, therefore no blip of he finished product.

C cooked quince butter from the leftover mush.

We ordered the quinces online - £5/kg. We oredered a kg and only got two, totalling 850g. They were not ripe enough and that's why, I think, the jelly is not as flavourful and it could have been.

Weaterh was sunny and hot.
