twinned with trumpton

Up as usual; and was in Asda not long after 8. AM. Come on, now.

After scavenging for Her supplies, I headed there and unload the bounty. A quick turnaround and we were soon on board the 0945 to Dunblane. We disembarked at Camelon and wound our way west along the canal tow path to Haggs to meet the de facto MIL at the SIL's house.

An hour of drinking tea, we beat a retreat back along the canal, pausing to avail ourselves of the sloes along the F&C canal and also a flask of tomato soup (Hers, a stone cold classic) at the Falkirk Wheel before completing the 30 miles by continuing to Linlithgow (note - canal diversion is to be avoided - I wish I'd gone by the main road)

Back in at 4.30 I was off again at 5.30 to meet Baz at Porty.

As he arrived, the dug lifted it's leg on a sun bather's bag...!!!  A rather chastened Baz escorted Logan on a very short leash for the durarion of our dander.

Home via Pera where I booked dinner for Wednesday and Her birthday. I tried to catch up on MOTD and MOTD2 but 81 km and a dog walk proved to be more powerful than fitba.
