Last lunch out?

Such a beautifully warm sunny day.  Mum and Dad came over to lunch in the garden and we ate chicken from Diana Henry’s book and a blackberry and Apple ice cream that I found the recipe for online.   It is very delicious particularly smothered in blackberry coulis.  ‘Rents on good form and arrived saying ‘we’ve had our walk so no need for any more’.  Sent them off and walked a bit with Woody in lovely evening light.  Of course the sun goes and you feel the nip of Autumn.
