Compton Verney

It was a bit of a showery day, we even had hail at one point.  We went off this afternoon for a walk at Compton Verney.   The wildflower meadow had been cut back and is now just grass. No doubt it will make a reappearance next year.  We had a nice walk and managed to get back to the car before the rain restarted.

The light enabled some good reflections in the lake, and at one point we spotted a heron who has made it to the extras.
