One street - Rundle Mall, Adelaide

He plonked down a group of PVC pipes tied together with tape then started to whack them with thongs (the Australian kind, not the US kind). What looked like a pile of junk on the way to the dump was in fact an assembled, precisely tuned instrument. He was wonderful.
