View from Queen Adelaide hill

This afternoon we drove to near Ambleside and walked in the wooded Stagshaw garden. At the top there is a wood which goes up to a viewing point. I did take some photos overlooking Windermere but the light was poor and they came out like mono shots.(Not that there is anything wrong with mono shots!)
We then drove to a car park and walked up Queen Adelaide hill and as we got there the sun emerged so I was able to take some pictures overlooking Windermere with the Langdale Pikes to the left of the picture, I liked the way theligt was on the bay on the right.
