Feeding the masses

I haven't seen any starlings for weeks, but this afternoon they descended on the garden table to devour the seeds. A poor little sparrow almost made the mistake of landing amongst them.

It's not the best of pictures as it was taken through the kitchen window at an odd angle. I don't often use the Nikon these days, the phone is just too handy and light, but I need to save to the laptop occasionally as we haven't been on holiday this year and that's when I take and download hundreds!!

A very cold day, almost has a wintery feel. I haven't done much !!!
