Festival Fun

Today was one of those really great unplanned days. The kids were desperate for mini golf and we managed to find a place still open for a week or 2. Even better we only needed to buy drinks to play the course! They both absolutely loved it. I'll add an extra and you'll get a picture of Nate's putting style. Wished you'd been with us Neil!! 
From there we headed to the supermarket and decided to buy picnic stuff and go up to the abandoned Festival Club. Absolutely gorgeous as ever...plus we met a lovely guy and his little boy...and as we were chatting in strolled this blipped pair, Todd and Claire! Also there on a whim! Absolutely brilliant to have unexpected time with them!!
Home for a late afternoon movie - we introduced Asha to the Peter Seller's film Pink Panther - she loved it! I think we'll need to work our way through the series with her...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Wonderful days with family.
2) The temperature dropping enough that we can now be out all day, not just at the extreme ends of the day.
3) The fun of introducing Asha to the classic movies.
