An Amazing Valentines Day in the Alps

After three train journeys we arrived at our destination for today - the Jungfraujoch in the Alps, which is the highest railway station in Europe. For that reason it is named " the Top of Europe".

We ascended to the top of the sphinx viewing platform to take in the awesome sight of the Jungfrau (13,642 ft), the Eiger (13,026 ft) and the Monch (13,475 ft). A truly amazing experience.

What a wonderful way to celebrate Valentines Day.
